 "Evening classes with Holly are just the best!! I've never been so committed to working out in my life. Seriously. When I went to gyms, I was lazy and it was an effort to go. But working out in Palisades Park with Holly and a group of girls is very motivating. Imagine coming back from work and going to this beautiful park to look at the sunset in the ocean and mountains while you workout, or at the palm tress and stars lying on your mat while you stretch, sharing it with Holly and a lovely group of ladies that will make you laugh and have a great time. Holly is a great trainer and her female workouts focus on parts of the body that concern ladies the most. The workouts are varied, unlike a boring gym routine, and she gives modifications for each person's needs. You have to know something though: you will be sore the next day! For the body, mind and soul, I absolutely recommend Holly's workouts!"        -  Lucía
