CLASSES

This ladies-only, progressive evening class runs for seven weeks, three nights a week for an hour each night at Palisades Park in Santa Monica. These programs are designed to build strength and endurance, tone and tighten, all while keeping you accountable. Unlike other classes, we cap our classes at 8 so you still get individual attention. The workouts are challenging but fun and the view is better than at any gym!

While the classes are designed to be all levels, they do move quickly. If you are new to working out, it is recommended to have a private session before beginning the classes.
